Cordillera Valley Club is a golf course community and a part of the "greater Cordillera community" located in Eagle County, Colorado. Governance for the Cordillera Valley Club community is provided by Cordillera Valley Club Property Owners Association (CVCPOA) and by Cordillera Valley Club Metropolitan District (CVCMD).

The primary function of Cordillera Valley Club Property Owners Association is to protect and preserve the intended land use within Cordillera Valley Club, while enhancing the private and quite character of the property. The Association provides design review services, covenant enforcement and public safety and security services to the members of the Association.

The primary function of the Cordillera Valley Club Metropolitan District is to provide a "public works department" to the community which oversees the community's roads and infrastructure.

The CVCPOA also operates the Valley Club Design Review Board, which reviews plans for all new construction and exterior property modifications, and provides on going communications with property owners through direct telephone and written communications with staff. Normally meetings are held at 8:30 a.m. on the third Tuesday of each month at the 9 Iron Grill, 0101 Legends Drive, Edwards, Eagle County, Colorado. To view our 2010 meeting dates you can click here.
